Hardware Requirements

One major advantage in using Transact Direct™ is that there is very little IT requirement to start using our case management system.

All that is required is a PC with Internet access on Internet explorer 6 or later. To edit and produce documents online you must be running Word 2000. You will require an email account to receive case action notifications and communications.

You do not need a network or expensive software installed on your site and you can be set up as a user on our system within minutes.

If running the “paperless office” you will require an efficient feed scanner with controlling software.

The system is accessible 24/7 and can be run on any PC. This gives flexibility that would normally require a considerable IT resources to set up and maintain.
