We have automated the production of these forms which now take just seconds to produce.

SDLT Online
We have integrated with SDLT online to automate submission of the forms.

Regional Missives
You can use the TD standard missive or the regional missives which have been inserted for all currently available.

Money Laundering
The system comes complete with a built in workflow process ensuring compliance with the ML regulations. In addition to this we can also implement an automated procedure utilising 3rd party software which automatically checks Client information entered and flags up failed ID checks directly to the user on an exceptions basis. What about ARTL?
We are committed to ensuring that, as with all previous procedural and technological changes to conveyancing in Scotland we will be at the forefront of integration and cooperation with the Registers of Scotland. We are in communication with the keeper on integration considerations and have demonstrated our system to a combined audience at the registers of the ARTL staff, the deputy keeper and the conveyancing professors.
